I can't get on to your FTP site with the link you sent me.If you are using an Apple Mac you may have some problems getting on to our FTP site. You will need to contact us on 01530 518571 to find out the login details to use in a program such as Fetch. If you are using a Windows PC then the most reliable version of Windows to use with FTP is Windows XP. If you have another machine nearby that is running Windows XP try to access the link on that machine. If you are still having problems then contact us on 01530 518571 and have your five figure job number to hand so we can process your call more efficiently.Back to the top Your email bounced back and I didn't get my image.This is normally because we have tried to send you an attachment that exceeds the amount allowed by your web system or, if you haven't checked your email for a few days there is a possibility that your inbox is full and your quota has been reached. If this is the case you should have a notification email from your ISP explaining the reason. As soon as you have this, call us on 01530 518571 and let us know. We may be able to reduce the size of your image or find an alternative way of delivering your data. Any reproduction rights will have been identified before the transaction took place. Bluesky offer a program called ER Viewer on our Software Download page for viewing high resolution imagery and for basic printing abilities. For the best functionality, programs such as Photoshop and PaintShop Pro offer image editing capabilities and allow for better printing features. Demos of both of these programs are available from the internet.Back to the top What software do I need to view your height data?Any mainstream GIS software will open our height data. If you do not have any GIS capable software then download the Global Mapper demo from our Software Download page. To stop this happening on this site only, in Internet Explorer go to Tools->Pop-up Blocker->Pop-up Blocker settings. In the "Address of website to allow:" box type "www.bluesky-world.com" and click Add. This will add our website to your allowed list and the feature you are trying to use should work correctly.
Bluesky does not use any type of pop-up that is not directly related to what you have clicked so you can be sure that adding this site to your list is safe.Back to the top
